The position you are applying for is Support Professional to young adults in a home (adult residential facility) with an average age of 28, and there is no involvement with bedpans or adult briefs. We have 4 residents who are high-energy, talkative, and independent, requiring companionship, attention, and assistance with daily activities. You may be asked to assist one resident who is lower functioning and requires hand-over-hand help with tasks such as brushing teeth, showering, toileting, and shaving.
