Experienced Nanny for 18-month-old with Complex Medical Needs (175 hrs/month)

- $20.00 per hour
Seeking compassionate nanny for 18-month-old Arturo with complex medical needs including NG tube feeding, developmental delays, and vision impairment.
Duties:
- NG tube feeding every 3 hours
- Attend/support therapy appointments (PT, OT, vision, developmental, feeding)
- Implement home exercises from therapists
- Administer medications and monitor health
- Support social activities (library, zoo, pool, playground)
- Support gross motor development (hypotonia)
- General care (diapering, bathing, play)
Requirements:
- CNA or equivalent
- CPR/First Aid certified
- Experience with NG tubes, developmental delays
- Comfortable with medical procedures
- Patient and detail-oriented
- Reliable transportation
- Able to lift 50 lbs
175 hours/month. Must be passionate about special needs care, respectful parenting, and socialization. Montessori experience is a plus.
