Hello!

We are traveling to Palm Springs Dec 22-26 with our 12 year-old disabled daughter, and would love to find a caregiver willing to work some hours while we're there. Great job for special ed teachers or para educators looking for some extra income during the winter break.

She is the sweetest girl, nonambulatory, nonverbal, but generally happy and healthy. Days/times totally flexible, but ideally we'd love a night or two out, and/or maybe some day hours as well. Job would involve playing with her, assisting with feeding, changing diapers. You would be caring for her in our hotel suite (the Triada) or out on local walks in her wheelchair. Must be able to lift 75 lbs, as she needs help with transfers in/out of chair, bed, etc. Pay based on experience, range $25-30/hr. CPR certified and special needs experience strongly preferred.
