Adult woman (me, late 20s) with severe ADHD is urgently seeking a personal assistant after significant life changes. My physical/mental health deteriorated and I’m struggling to get my life back on track.

I’m looking for a kind/patient/reliable person to help me once a week for 3-4 hours (on the same Sat or Sun between 2-8 PM) starting early January. I’m normally self-sufficient but since my health got worse, I need help with:
- Daily routines/task management
- Email management
- Light decluttering
- Basic admin tasks
- Occasional errands

My ideal assistant will also be an accountability buddy who can offer emotional support while I repair.
