Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and dependable in-home caregiver to assist a 19-year-old autistic male and 3 other school age children. 19 yr old is minimally verbal, ambulatory, and potty trained (requires noncombative. The caregiver will support daily routines and ensure a safe, structured environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Morning Routine: Assist with bathing, brushing teeth, dressing,breakfast. Ensure readiness
• Evening Routine: Assist with evening care, including meal preparation, administering medication, hygiene, and bedtime preparation.
• laundry bed sheets as needed
• Provide general support, including prompting for independent activities * Some cooking of dinner and monitoring
All children safety and chore monitoring
Qualifications:
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental conditions preferred.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to follow a consistent routine.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Must be reliable and organized.
• Background check and references required.
