Respite care for special needs girl

- $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Looking for an extra respite/hab/atc provider for my 14 year old special needs daughter. Would need to work through the agency Arion Care Solutions https://arioncare.com/
The pay is about $15 an hour, But I am willing to pay a weekly bonus if at least 20 hours are worked that week.
Hours
Either
Monday - Friday 4pm - 8pm
Friday, Saturday, Sunday 8am - 2:30 pm
Or Saturday and Sunday 8am - 6pm
Cactus and 56th St, Scottsdale.
