5 year old boy - autistic and Type 1 diabetes. Has glucose sensor and insulin pump (no injections). May need occasional finger test. Verbal, toilet trained, emotional. In kindergarten, speech/OT, and swim. Needs support for emotional understanding. 2 year old girl - pre school during day, working on toilet training. Pick up from school and day care to home. Snack and/or dinner for children. Asking care giver to be trained through DDD services to be paid for DDD child and additional pay will be added for second child, transportation, and light housekeeping.
