Unable to balance myself for household tasks requiring balance ; such as vacuuming, cleaning bathroom , changing bed linens ‘. Driving my vehicle. Mopping my small kitchen floor. I require assistance with grocery shopping . Use of electric grocery store cart or someone pushing by my wheel chair while I push the grocery cart, help reaching for items on store shelves and store freezers. I can do my own laundry but unable to stand to hang things in closet. Am mentally sound for being 79 years of age. And need care giver to take me for doctor appointments. I have my own car that I keep maintained. No children or pets in home which would require care.
