Michelle Doyon is a professional career infant, child caretaker with 20+ years experience. She has been working with children since her middle school days starting as a mother's helper than babysitter and eventually nanny. She has often been told from then until now that she has a natural affinity and rapport with children of all ages. Her love shines thru for each child as well as a passion and love for their safety, development, milestones, nurturing and care of children of all ages. She has experience from infant, twins, multiples, toddlers to even high school up to college age children. She loves them all and finds in each one a way to build a deep meaningful connection that is deeper than the daily attention of an average nanny. She has an intuitiveness about most people and that especially becomes strong between she and her nanny children. Brain development is one of her specialties of focus when interacting with her charges. She incorporates proper holistic nutrition as well as a synergy approach in all areas. Michelle sees the true development of an infant and beyond that she is blessed to interact with to become a full holistic experience whereby she studies and incorporates the full mind body spirit connection in each child so her view of a child's development is more dimensional. Michelle raised her daughter as a single mother. Her daughter recently graduated college after receiving an academic writing scholarship to the prestigious Eugene Lang Liberal Arts division of the The New School college. Her daughter continues to reside in NYC. Michelle has operated summer camps and founded a day care in her past even writing and developing the camp and small school's own unique curriculum ensuring it met her standard and desire to prove a more balanced mind, body and spirit program. All of her children once in school were entered into gifted and talented programs. In addition to assisting in their development and acceptance into gifted and talented programs, she has also worked with learning disabled, Autistic, ADHD and special needs children. She has loved all of it. Her love and passion for each child is always a part of having her on your family team. She understands by developing, security, routine, neutering and most of all love -everything is possible. She is extremely flexible, adaptable, accommodating, respectful, loyal and understands the privilege of working intimately within a private family dynamic. She is a true blessing to those who experience her unique and creative style as their nanny.She operates in a wiling , positive can do attitude, a willingness to problem solve and keeping a sense of humor.
