Taylor H.

Over the past 2 years as our full-time nanny, Taylor (and her daughter Harper) have truly become a part of our family. She has been with us since our daughter was just 1 year old (now 3), and we have a 4 month old as well. As a mama herself, I felt so much more comfortable leaving my babies with Taylor. She understands parenthood on a personal level and treats my kiddos like her own. She is nurturing and gentle, patient and kind. She is extremely mature and seems to have a world of personal experience beyond her years; she has been able to offer me very welcome tidbits of advice related to breastfeeding, kiddo sleep problems, and so much more. She is a problem solver and takes initiative around the house to streamline the day and keep things running smoothly. I can rely on Taylor to work with the contents of my fridge to put together healthy, rounded meals for my daughter and to handle breast milk for my son with care, understanding how valuable it is and how much work went into producing it. She'll even text me before a late afternoon feeding to see if I am close to home and she should hold the baby off to feed at breast in order to save the milk. She is extremely dependable and worries more about my husband and I getting out of the house on time than about herself. She will do helpful things around the house without being asked like vacuuming, laundry, etc. She was extremely patient with my daughter when we went through a hitting phase, and was integral in her being potty trained by 2 years of age. She's a baby whisperer, who finds small nuances in my children's personality, like exactly how to hold my son to relax him and help him fall asleep peacefully without his mommy. Taylor keeps the kids busy on rainy days bringing art supplies for projects, and researching fun and educational activities around town to take the kids. She keeps a log of activities and happenings throughout the day so I know exactly what transpired, and she sends me pictures and videos of the kids which brighten my day. Taylor is a hard worker and absolutely never complains. She has a beautiful, positive spirit that is a pleasure to be around and I feel so grateful to have Taylor's influence in my kiddos and my family's lives.

Taylor is a wonderful sitter who was very loving and caring towards my infant son. She's high energy and happy, and did a great job engaging with my son (and my older 2.5 year old son), and managing his needs (bottles, naps, meals, diapers, cleanliness). Very punctual and professional. I would highly recommend her!

Taylor did an excellent job with our two kids. She was very natural with them, brought extra activities with her, and left the house picked up and dinner dishes clean. We will absolutely have her back-the kids loved her!
