Hello! My name is Lina and I am currently seeking a childcare position (35-40 hours/week) starting mid-October or November. For the past two years, I have been an Au Pair, with an amazing family and taking care of their two wonderful girls. As my program comes to an end, I will be focusing on my studies during the evenings and I’m looking for a new family to help during the day. As a full-time caregiver with my current family I took care of everything related to both girls, a role that evolved in time: I have experience following sleep schedules, nap and bedtimes, changing diapers and potty training, Bottle and meal preparation, meal schedules, bathtime and taking them to classes and scheduling playdates with other nannies. Lina has been with living with us as our auPair for the past two years, and I can say she is nothing short of exceptional! She is loving, caring, patient, responsible, and trustworthy. She truly enjoys working with children, to learn about them and help them grow. She has extensive childcare experience with babies, toddlers and children. She is a wonderful caregiver, during her time looking after our 2 girls, she adapted her role and responsibilities as they grew: she managed sleep schedules, nap and bedtimes, changed diapers and potty trained. She was in charge of bottle and meal preparation, meal schedules, bathtime, taking them to classes and scheduling playdates with other nannies, etc. Lina is also great at cooking, and always prepared nutritious and balanced meals for our kids. Lina is very sweet, calm and dedicated. Our son loves Lina so much. We hired her as our weekend nanny for his Spanish language. Since she is from Colombia, her Spanish is very clean, and the was she speaks is very proper and clear for our son. We got to know Lina from my son’s school friend who lives in the neighborhood. We saw her almost everyday at school pickup or at a playground after school. She is always bright and happy. Kids love to be around her. We love her. It will be a great addition to the family who hires her. She is an amazing babysitter/ nanny.
