My name is Jamey. I am a 22 year old who is currently in school working towards my Nursing Degree in Pediatrics. I come from a background of healthcare workers and childcare workers from the women in my family - that’s what started my inspiration for this field. I am an out-going, loud, hardworking, caring and kind individual who has a love and want when it comes to providing care for others within my community. I enjoy seeing the smiles on the faces around me when I have made a difference in their life with the care I have provided for them. It truly makes me happy and it’s the sole reason why I want to be in this role. I have always seen myself in a caregiver role! Along with my passion, I have extensive experience within this field as well. I have been taking care of kids and Read more adults from all walks of life since my senior year of High School (at least in a professional setting). I’ve worked in Nursing Homes, Surgical Hospital, Developmental Preschools, Autism Therapy Centers, and the Children’s Hospital. I hope I can continue to work in these types of settings as I progress in my career. I would bring a fun, energetic, hardworking, committed personality to this facility and role. I am hoping and looking for an opportunity to only further my experience and career here!
