Hi! My name is Hannah. I am currently a PhD student at Cornell University. I have been working as a babysitter/nanny for over 12 years now. I first started babysitting in my hometown of Beloit, Wisconsin. I then moved to Lake Forest College for my undergraduate degree and nannied for a bunch of families while I was there. I am now looking for a family to help take care of in Ithaca, NY. A little bit more about me and my values as a child caretaker. I love spending quality time with all of the kids I take care of (and try to keep them off technology as much as I can). I love playing with the kids, reading to them, eating together, and I strive to always be a comfortable and caring person that they can rely on. Every family that I have cared for has had at least 2 kids, so I'm used to balancing multiple needs and schedules. I am happy to help with homework or help driving kids from different activities. I have cooked and helped with housework like walking the dogs, doing laundry, etc for many families as well. While I haven't renewed my CPR training for a couple of years, I was a lifeguard five years ago and feel very comfortable with the training I received in CPR and first aid.
