My name is Renee, and I am a current student in the Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate program at UNC Chapel Hill! I love working with kids of all ages and have had experience doing so in various roles, including as a camp counselor, elementary school substitute teacher, and two residential counseling programs, where I worked with children and adolescents with a wide range of social, emotional, and behavioral differences. I have experience working with children ages 4-12 years old and am comfortable working with children of all abilities and backgrounds. I hold a certification in Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association as well as a certification in Adult and Pediatric First Aid, CPR, and AED operation from the Red Cross. Outside of my academic and professional life, I love to sing, create music, do art projects, read, and hike.
