I am a returned-to-academia mama of three looking for work that fits with my school schedule and my parenting responsibilities while working on my degree in developmental psych and family therapy. I have been practicing nonviolent communication for fifteen years and have prioritized social emotional learning in my own parenting practice. So far no regrets. :) I meet people of all ages and cultures where they are and make them feel seen and safe. I teach art and yoga. I am curious and creative. Versed in neurodivergence and comfortable using gender-expansive language. I enjoy spending time outside so would be comfortable spending any amount of time with your little one(s) on walks, at the part, in the garden or the forest. I anticipate needs with relative ease thanks to my experience and education. I am first aid and cpr certified, have state clearances to work with kids.
