I am a mental health therapist working in a private practice here in Santa Cruz. I am a solo mother and have a beautiful 9 year old daughter, whom I parent majority of the time. Prior to becoming a therapist, I was a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach all throughout the Bay Area. Prior to that, I did a lot of babysitting and child-based teaching jobs. While I love all ages of children, I am specifically interested in supporting families with young ones at this point in my life (0-5yo). I am certified in First Aid/CPR. I am available on weekends (Friday-Sunday) and sporadically during holiday breaks, so I would be an ideal candidate for date nights, weekend events, or weekend support.
