Hi there, I’m Gianna! Growing up an eldest cousin in a large and ever-expanding Italian family, I developed a lifelong passion for working with children early on. I have extensive experience caring for children of all ages (infancy to teens), as well as supporting children with special needs, exchange students, and managing large groups. Whether it’s creating engaging, age-appropriate activities or ensuring a safe and nurturing environment, I take pride in helping children thrive and learn. In addition to my experience in childcare, I worked many years as worked as a head lifeguard and swim instructor and actively coach high school cheerleading. I am intentional about bringing leadership, safety, and enthusiasm to everything I do. Taking a step back from the corporate world has allowed me to make work something that also brings me joy—supporting families and fostering meaningful connections in my community.
