Hi, my name is Josie Hutchinson. I've had a wonderful experience as a Nanny tending to multiple children, Household Manager/Assistant, Special Needs Caregiver, and Montessori Teacher. I worked with children of all ages for the last seven years (from newborn to 12+.) As a Teacher I implement age-appropriate curriculum for early learning education— fostering cognitive, social, and emotional development, creating engaging tailored lesson plans that incorporate hands on activities, storytelling, and interactive games to enhance learning experiences. As a Caregiver I create/ maintain a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment that ensures enrichment of children. I value cultivating an atmosphere of comfort and excitement, as well as having open communication, respect, appreciation, and honesty. I am very capable and dedicated in providing quality genuine care. I am especially efficient in integrating myself in order to fulfill any necessity, as well as knowing how and when to support.
