Hi everyone! My name is Razan. I’m 24 years old, a recent graduate from Portland State University, and a dedicated childcare professional with over ten years of experience working with children of all ages. Growing up, my parents ran an in-home daycare in the Bethany area (Oak Hills), where I gained invaluable experience and a deep passion for working with kids. Over the years, I’ve learned that children come into the world as blank slates, and it’s the experiences, environment, and relationships around them that shape who they become. My approach as a nanny is to foster growth, independence, and creativity by providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. I believe in positive discipline, setting healthy boundaries, and encouraging children to explore their imagination and potential.
