Janene was very patient and kind to my children. She helped me with my children at many different ages beginning when they were very small throughout high school. I never felt uneasy to tell her how I wanted something done which is one of the biggest hurdles in finding childcare. The respect of my family unit was so important to me. Janene always stayed in her lane while supporting me in how I wanted to raise my children. I would recommend Janene to any family that would treat her right because she would be a great addition to any family. Please do not think that your nanny does not become family. If they do not then you have the wrong nanny.
