Ilyse has been with our family as a part-time nanny for the last 1.5 years, and we cannot say enough wonderful things about her! She started when our son was a newborn, and she is one of his very favorite people! She is warm, loving, and professional. I so appreciate that I am able to leave my son with her every day with confidence, knowing that he will be so well cared for in my absence. I highly recommend Ilyse!

We hired Ilyse to care for our 3 month old son a few days a week, and she's been an incredible addition to our lives. She is a great communicator and easy to work with, immediately clicking into our routines and home. Ilyse is punctual, reliable, and was quick to understand and adapt to the changing needs of our baby as he's grown (our dog also loves Ilyse too!). Two years later, and Ilyse continues to be an incredible caretaker and part of our lives. Highly highly recommend!

Ilyse has been nannying for our two-and-a-half year old son for almost two years. She's reliable, kind, and has a calmness and playfulness our son absolutely adores. They spend the days playing, taking walks, reading and giggling. She's incredibly dependable, and is a seamless extension of our parenting style and approach, ensuring consistency for our son. She is a very important part of our family's life. We can't say enough amazing things about her!

We have nothing but the best to say about Ilyse -- who helped us with our 6 month old daughter on our wedding day and several evenings that same week. Being a first-time mother, I was so anxious about leaving my baby for the first time, Ilyse reduced my stress with her presence, paying impeccable attention to detail, following our instructions and routines, and caring for our daughter with such love and warmth. She made our wedding day a breeze, as we were able to enjoy the day without worrying or stressing about the baby. My husband and I were able to go out in the evenings, knowing that our little girl was well taken care of, happy, and content -- all thanks to Ilyse! She was dependable, punctual, flexible, so very kind and thoughtful, and most importantly, our daughter loved her! She is our first-choice babysitter for any future NYC trips, and we cannot thank her enough for her help! We would highly, highly recommend her to everyone.

Ilyse joined us when our (almost) two year old son was just four months old. She has been instrumental not only in our son's development, but also in our development as parents. Ilyse has a very calming presence, and is perpetually and contagiously positive. She has an incredible gift of understanding what a child needs and being able to provide just that. She is kind, patient, warm and loving. Our son loves her so, so much, as do we, and we trust her implicitly. We feel so lucky to have found Ilyse. She has been such an important part of our family and our son's development. We are leaving New York and would love to help her find her next family. Anyone would be so lucky to have her.

It was so important to me to find someone I could trust who was compassionate and genuinely enthusiastic about her job. Ilyse is all these things and more. She showed real compassion and patience in supporting my daughter through a very long road to independent sleep. Now a toddler, my daughter?s needs have changed. My husband and I have put a great deal of importance on supporting emotional well-being through respectful, leadership parenting. Ilyse not only displayed openness to working with this style, but ease and passion, as she shares a similar philosophy. She has formed a special relationship with my daughter, who has grown to trust and adore her. Ilyse gives my daughter room to build confidence and independence, cheers on her achievements, and importantly shows shows empathy while holding space for her to express frustrations and sadness.
