Hi! I'm a recent college graduate with a degree in Elementary Education, currently transitioning into my teaching career. I'm passionate about working with kids, sparking their curiosity, and creating fun, engaging experiences. I love how children see the world, and I find that I learn from them just as much as they learn from me. I have several years of experience working with children in different settings. I nannied for a 6-year-old for two years, providing daily care, transportation to and from activities and appointments, and planning engaging activities. I also spent the past three years mentoring in a kindergarten classroom, supporting learners with foundational skills and social-emotional development. Most recently, I completed my student teaching in a second-grade classroom, where I planned and implemented lessons, managed classroom behavior, and adapted instruction to meet individual student needs. With my background in education, I bring strong skills in child development, classroom management, and creative activity planning. I am CPR-certified and trained in food safety, ensuring a safe and supportive setting. As I wrap up the 2024-2025 school year, I am seeking summer work where I can continue doing what I love—helping children grow, learn, and have fun!
