Hi, I’m Michelle I’m a mom to a teenager and have spent years caring for kids of all ages — including toddlers and kids with special needs. I’ve worked as a para in both elementary and high schools, led a Girl Scout troop, and run a nonprofit that supports LGBTQ+ youth. I’ve been in every kind of situation, and I meet each one with love — it’s never steered me wrong. When I’m with kids, I’m not just watching from the sidelines — I’m down on the floor building block towers, reading books with silly voices, and joining in whatever fun they’re having. I’m very hands-on and really enjoy being present with the kids I care for. I’m big on making sure they feel safe, heard, and loved. I’m reliable, calm, and good in a pinch. Routines are important to me — especially around meals, naps, and bedtime — and Read more I’m great at keeping things smooth and comforting while still being flexible when life throws curveballs. I’ll make sure your toddler has healthy snacks, age-appropriate meals, and play that supports their learning and development. I’m CPR and First Aid certified (infants, children, and adults), fully vaccinated, and trained in Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI). I’m also an animal lover and totally comfortable with pets in the home. If you’re looking for someone nurturing, steady, and ready to jump in wherever needed — I’d love to connect.
