I hired Vanessa to be a nanny / babysitter for my family and everyone loved her ! She is super sweet and kind ! I couldn’t of asked for a better nanny . She was able to do some help around the house and cook delicious meals. She also taught my kids some new games and did some creative art projects with them . She was always on time and has great communication! I definitely recommend her!

My wife and I had a very short stint of working with Vanessa this summer. We met with her over two trial afternoons and decided to move forward after speaking with two of her references who provided absolutely glowing reviews. On the first full day of working with her, she let us know that one of her relatives had unexpectedly passed and requested some time off to attend the funeral. We accommodated the request for Monday-Thursday off several weeks out. On day three (Wednesday) of working with us, she called out sick. She let us know very early in the morning so we had some time to adjust and to her credit, her calling out was out of an abundance of caution. When I checked in with her the next morning, she let us know that she'd plan to return on Monday when she was 100% better. I then checked on Sunday evening to see if she would be coming the next day and she let us know that she would not be coming. On Tuesday, we began to hear from her more and we decided to have her come again on Wednesday afternoon. Later in the week, she learned that she was accepted for an internship opportunity that she had been waiting on for quite some time. At that point, I believe that we concluded that it might be better to end our engagement. Vanessa is a very pleasant soft-spoken individual who was very deferential to our request. And as a household where both my wife and I work, the unplanned circumstances that came up really prevented things from working out. The feedback that I shared with Vanessa was that it would have been helpful to get more communication during the period when she was sick and not feeling well.
