I am the mother of an amazing 11 yr old, kind and well-mannered boy who is my everything. I am a seasoned educator and have absolutely loved working with children for over 20 years. In my early years I began as a nanny for 3 young children of a Southern Gospel group and traveled the U.S. with the family for 2 years. I have experience as a babysitter, bible study teacher, youth group leader, substitute teacher, preschool teacher, K-6 art educator and college instructor. Currently I run my own art and design business, selling prints of my artwork and painting commissions of mostly portraiture. However, I miss caring for and working with children. With the economy the way it is, I could use some supplemental income while continuing to pursue my artist career.
