Hello, My name is Miiya, pronounced (maya). I am a Nationally registered Certified Medical assistant. I like working in the medical field but need a temporary job due to the military. I am a soldier in the National Guard for the United states army. I am saving for my dream wedding. I have always cared for kids from a young age and even used that experience to work in a pediatric medical practice. I am CPR certified, lifeguard Certified, and Fun Certified. I do not mind pick up or drop offs. I am good with engagement and making homework fun and enjoyable. With my wide level of experience, I am more than confident to care for children of all ages and make sure both the Parents and the children are comfortable with the level of care and attention you all will experience. I have experience caring for multiple children and keeping them all included in activities no matter the age range. I adapt to each child because they are all different, what works with one may not work with another and each child’s individual needs in a sitter or nanny is important. I can organize a set schedule or freely work with the day. Some activities I have found to be fun for kids is story time drawing, reading books and acting out the characters, playing at a neighborhood park/backyard/ toy room. Making easy snacks. The Goal is to meet the child where they find enjoyment and make them feel included. I am very organized, timely, professional, and supportive. I can help in all areas around the house. I understand what Its like to be busy and the need to support your family, allow for me to help ease some of the tasks. In addition to helping around the house and watching the kids, I am also a very talented cook. I have been told several times to sell my food and start a business. I enjoy cooking and have been shadowing and cooking in my family’s restaurant since I was 4. If theres a meal you would like to have but running low on time ? I can cook for you.
