Hi everyone! My name is Emily, I’m 20 years old and I am currently attending Illinois state university. During the school year I am only available for occasional care but in the summer months I have a more flexible schedule! I am very fun and responsible and have lots of babysitting experience. I love working with kids especially babies and toddlers. In the past I have babysat for a few different families but I have been consistently watching a family of five kids for the past 5 years. While watching the family expand over the years, I have worked with newborns all the way up to 13 year olds. During my sophomore year I nannied everyday after school for the five children while mom ran errands, went on a run, or even just needed time to start dinner or do the laundry without being interrupted. While I was there the Read more kids and I spent a lot of time playing outside, I put the babies down for a nap, and even assisted with homework. I love spending time outside, doing crafts and having movie nights with the kids. I was also involved in the preschool program at my high school and I plan to pursue a career working with little ones.

Emily babysat for our son this week and she is so sweet! She was very responsive through sitter city and text, arrived on time, interviewed very well. She was very sweet and attentive with out 17 month old son. We will definitely be using her again soon!
