I love being a sitter because it allows me to create meaningful connections with children while supporting their growth and development. I find joy in nurturing their creativity, encouraging their curiosity, and providing a safe and loving environment where they can thrive. It’s incredibly rewarding to be a positive influence in their lives and to watch them learn and grow over time. I have three years of experience as a sitter, during which I’ve cared for children ranging from infants to pre-teens. Additionally, I’ve worked for two years at Summit East Achievement Center, focusing on children with autism, which has deepened my understanding of patience and individualized care. I’ve also spent time volunteering at my church’s childcare programs, helping with group activities and providing one-on-one attention. I am skilled in creating engaging activities, managing schedules, and ensuring safety.
