Hi there! I’m Desirey, and I love being a sitter because it’s more than just a job – it’s a chance to make little ones feel safe, happy, and understood. I’m passionate about watching them grow, learn, and reach new milestones, and being part of those little moments makes my day every time. Every kid has their own way of seeing the world, and I genuinely enjoy adapting to each child’s unique personality and needs. I also find their curiosity and energy so inspiring; it’s hard not to catch some of their joy and excitement! As for experience, I’ve had two wonderful years working in a children’s center, spending time with infants and pre-k kiddos. My experience ranges from engaging little minds with creative activities to building those sweet, nurturing bonds that infants need. Currently, I’m pursuing my master’s in Child Life, with a background in Human Development and Family Sciences. This training gives me a solid understanding of child development, emotional needs, and how to support children’s growth at every stage. I’m also skilled in behavior management, early childhood development, and know how to connect with kids of all ages. Whether it’s reading stories, creating art, or building with blocks, I bring heart, energy, and expertise to every session. Looking forward to creating some amazing moments together! 😊
