Hello! My name is Layla. I am currently a freshmen in college studying middle school english language arts education. My love for taking care of children and sitting started at a young age with my little sister and grew into a passion as I got older. I worked at the YMCA for two years as a summer camp counselor for kids 7-13 years old, and worked at the daycare as well for children aged 1-6 years old. Because of these jobs, I have experience with a range of children from mental and physical disabilities, foster care kiddos, and etc. I've always loved caring and having fun with the kids both at the summer camp as well as the daycare which sparked my interest for wanting to teach.
