I have never been paid as a babysitter, but I have 3 nephews under the age of 2 that i have helped take care of since they were newborns. I have also helped take care of my 5 year old cousin since she was 2. i know how to deal with sassiness, picky eaters, kids who refuse to finish their meals, etc. i have helped prepare meals for kids, bottle fed, burping, diaper changing, etc. I am 19 years old, 20 in march. I am the second youngest of my family so I have spent most of my life learning how to take care of children, even potty trained my little sister on my own. My dad’s a chicago fireman so safety has always been instilled in me from a very young age. I am really good at English, Spelling, and Vocabulary. I graduated my college prep high school in Read more chicago with a 4.0 GPA and on the deans list. I am a criminal justice major at illinois state university hoping to pursue a career in the FBI. I have also studied child psychology my senior year of high school and my freshman year of college. I am quick on my feet, an incredible problem solver, and i don’t crack under pressure. I love children and i love being able to help them explore new ideas and opportunities/experiences. i love seeing how their minds work and being able to help them understand things.
