So lovely. We wish we lived closer so we could hire her again!

Do not trust this unprofessional and morally despicable person, or allow someone this inconsiderate to influence your children. She gave less than 24 hours notice before her agreed upon start time (which was confirmed by her in person less than 72 hours before the start time), and started another job which offered more money at the start time we agreed upon - leaving us completely in a lurch with our work. We made an agreement with Katlyn to begin as a long-term nanny for our 3 month old. We agreed to her requested rate with no negotiation, offered a stable paying, full-time, long-term job through a payroll company of her choosing, 5 days annual PTO, paid major holidays including 2 weeks around Christmas and New Year. She agreed, but wanted to take a couple weeks break between jobs - to which we agreed. We stopped our search for a nanny because we had committed to each other in a working relationship. She came to visit the house on the Friday before her start on Monday. We walked her through the house, had her meet our child, set her up on our baby cam accounts, and confirmed that she would be starting on Monday. Saturday evening, we got an email that she talked to someone else who was offering her 20% more hourly pay, and asked us to match. We responded immediately that we were already at the top of our budget, but understand if she wants to pursue more pay - since this is her livelihood. We only asked that if she did decide to go with the other family, she'd work with us for a couple of weeks so we can find a replacement. We reminded her that we had planned our return to work around her start date. It was not until Sunday around noon, less than 24 hours before her scheduled start time, that she informed us that not only was she taking the position with the other family, but she was starting with them TOMORROW (Monday) at the same time she was supposed to start with us. The end result is that we have no nanny or care for our child, waited 3 weeks for someone who turned out to be a liar, and have no time to remedy the situation. I am a big advocate for everyone making a good living, and would not be writing this review if she had merely done the decent thing of helping to cover the job she had agreed to take and confirmed less than 72 hours before the start time, while we quickly found a replacement.

Kate was great with our boys! We hired her twice to watch our newborn so my husband could handle our 3 year old and have some downtime while I was out. We'll definitely see her again!

Kate was great! She took the kiddos sledding and they loved her! While I was gone, she texted me updates and pics, which was so nice. And, after Kate left, I saw she did the dishes!! Above and beyond!! Thank you, Kate.

My daughter had a great time with Kate! She successfully steered her into playing when she was melting down over a present that she wanted. She put her to bed with ease and communicated with me through the night with updates on how it was going! Definitely would have her back!

Kaitlyn was awesome! We chatted about random stuff for a solid 15 minutes after I got home. Which is probably a recorder for me because I'm super anti-social. Needless to say, she is very easy going and friendly. Plus, she was great with my kids.

Kate was awesome. Made us feel so comfortable leaving our 9 mos old with someone we didn't know by making us feel like we had known her forever. She jumped right in to reading a bedtime story and putting DD to bed and then talking with us for a little bit before we headed out for NYE. We found the dishwasher emptied and bottles cleaned the next morning when we woke up. Such a thoughtful touch that really wasn't necessary but made our day so much easier.

My child had a great time with Kate, playing chess and engaging with our pets. And... I appreciated Kate's (unsolicited!) help in tidy-ing up the dishes from dinner.

Katelyn is a real pro and we loved her! She was so great with our two kids, ages 3 years and 11 months. They warmed up to her very quickly and had a great time together. No tears from my 11 month old, who is going through her separation anxiety phase, and her extensive experience made for a very smooth night with our 3 year old who currently likes to test boundaries. We were very reassured to know they were in caring and capable hands.

Kate was amazing! We connect a week or so before the scheduled night and I instantly liked her. She was on time and super sweet with our 3 month old. She helped me get him ready for bed and everything went great!!

Kate was a perfect sitter for our son. She took the time to email us with pertinent questions about food allergies and other care before the date. She left a very extensive note about EVERYTHING they did & what happened during the day. She took him for a walk & the stroller, and to a park, & even sent pics. He got himself dirty during dinner (as he does often) and she gave him a bath. We will definitely be looking for her the next time we need a sitter!

Katlyn was fantastic! She read books with my little guy for almost two hours straight! He absolutely loved her.

We really enjoyed meeting Kate, and our kids liked her as well. They had fun with her, she got them to bed on time, and most importantly, she cleaned up the kitchen! We will definitely book her again!

Kate was wonderful. She pitched right in when she arrived and started helping out with both of my kids. She was really great with my son and I loved watching her interact and play with him. He loved her! And when my daughter accidentally spilled a bowl of soup during dinnertime, she immediately helped me clean up and offered to take her from me while I got cleaned up, no questions asked. She was also able to get my son down to bed with no trouble at all, which is no small feat! I felt comfortable with her right away and would definitely have her back!

She was very helpful in helping me take care of my 3 kids. Didn't need to give her much instruction - she knew just what to do!

Arrived on time, friendly and easy going. My 15 month old clicked with katlyn immediately, playing and reading books as I was getting ready to leave. I was able to leave feeling confident. I also really liked how Katlyn was comfortable with babywearing to help keep my little one secure and safe, especially since it was his first time with a sitter. Upon her leaving for the night, he was all smiles, even waving bye to her. She left a good impression on all of us. I'd book with Katlyn again.

Kate was, once again, amazing. She even took our dogs out for a walk with our son! And it's always fun to hear the stories she shares of her time with him.

My boys had a wonderful day/evening with Kate! This is the longest we've left them with a sitter (7+ hours) and they were happy and all ready for bed when we got home. She went above and beyond cleaning up the kitchen (ran the washer and put away the dishes) which was such a wonderful surprise. We'd love to have her back!

Kate was like no sitter before. She kept detailed notes about our baby's day, kept him playing all morning, and even took it upon herself to tidy up the kitchen while our son was napping. 6 out of 5 stars. She's the best.

Kate was absolutely amazing!! She was available last minute, sent us an email right away, and was great at communication. My daughter adored her! I hesitate to talk about how great she was because I want her to stay available so we can use her again...ha! This was our first time using Chime, and I would use it again in a heartbeat. This was a very positive experience!

Tonight was our first night leaving our 4 week old son with a sitter other then family and we were so impressed by Katlyn. I felt so comfortable, he was happy, she was great with our dog and we can't wait to use her again.

Katlyn was great. She knew exactly how to walk into a new situation and set everyone at ease. We communicated beforehand and she was very thorough and prepared. On the day of the sitting, she texted ahead of time and arrived a few minutes early. Our toddler is usually very shy when he meets new people but was interested in Kate from the moment she introduced herself. She was great at occupying him while we left. We felt very comfortable with Kate as a sitter and we would definitely have her sit for us again!

Katlyn was outstanding. If all the sitters on this app are as good as she is, I'll be using it for a long time to come. She was super-engaging with my twin 19-month olds, even taking them to the park for 2 hours and returning with everyone in one piece--a remarkable feat. My husband won't even take both to the park without reinforcements. We even got pictures of the adventures. I would most certainly recommend Katlyn and plan to use her frequently in the future.

Kate recently watched our two children ages 7 and 1 1/2 and did an excellent job! She was great when it came to interacting and playing with the kids! You can tell she's been doing this for a while! Our kids took to Kate right away which made us happy and comfortable. She also kept the house tidy and cleaned up after the kids...which was a nice surprise.
