Hello, my name is Ms. Rachel! I’m on a quest to find more kiddos to watch! I have a vast knowledge with babysitting/nannying/mother’s or father’s helper/etc. I feel as a childcare provider, my goal, is to make your life easier in anyway I can! I don’t just watch kiddos, but I feel in sense I “watch” over the house and household too. Everyone needs more hands in life, so if I can do some chores as the kiddos are napping/relaxing/chilling out then that’s what I will do to try and help out. It Truly Takes A Village To Raise Kiddos! That’s why I’m Always cleaning up or teaching the little ones to clean up as they go, Just to lighten the load a bit. I mean, I feel it honestly becomes a game as they get older and to be honest, I feel a lot of kiddos enjoy it. I Read more have been watching kiddos for over 10 years of all ages and cultures. I feel, in life, You never can have to much experience and knowledge. In my life, the learning train never stops! Over the years, Ive worked with kiddos, who have special needs, mental health issues, Trauma, PTSD, and also medical issues. I’m not the best at explaining what I do, but I can just show you! I’m very easy to work with, because I believe in communication. I’ve been told by former/present families that I’m: respectful, flexible, patient, trustworthy, thoughtful, caring, and more. The families I work with are never ever a paycheck to my eyes, but are people who I can go Above and beyond for! Growing up, my parents instilled in me a great work ethic and also to always “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you.” Working with children is one of the many Joys in my life.
