With hands-on experience as a former volunteer track coach for 10-12-year-olds, I’ve developed the patience, creativity, and leadership skills needed to engage kids effectively. Coaching taught me how to guide, encourage, and handle a variety of personalities, all while building trust and confidence in the children I worked with. In addition to coaching, I have experience assisting with younger family members and friends’ children, so I’m familiar with balancing playtime, learning activities, and daily routines like meals, homework, and bedtime.
