I recently graduated college with a degree in psychology December 2024. I will be going to occupational therapy school in May 2025 to pursue my dreams of being a pediatric occupational therapist. I have always had a passion for being around children. Working in childcare brings me such joy since I love to care for and help others. I have been babysitting since I was in high school, and I used to work at a daycare for 6 months. I have also been consistently babysitting and tutoring for the past year as well. Additionally, I am CRP + First Aid certified. Some traits others would use to describe me are outgoing, talkative, energetic, fun, compassionate, understanding, patient, and kind. One of my strengths is connecting with children from diverse backgrounds with all kinds of personalities. I have experience with children of all ages -- from infants to high school. I Read more am skilled in changing diapers, bottle feeding, potty training, putting children down to sleep, and meal prep. I am a very nurturing person as I have a family dog and three cats of my own. I am doing a part time job (23 hours max a week) where I take a family's daughters to school and do pick up (I have my own car!) and sometimes nighttime babysitting. However, from 10:30/11 am to 3:30/4:00 pm on weekdays, I will be available to babysit, pet sit, do housekeeping, or run errands! I am also completely free on the weekends.
