Hi! I have multiple references for different families where I watched infant to school-age kids. I have been doing this full-time for a little over five years and I am hoping to find my next best fit! I’m not currently CPR and first aid trained, but I’m looking to be in the next month. I moved to Wichita a few months ago and I’m looking for something full time with base rate starting at 15$/hour. I prioritize nature and hands on play. I would consider myself a “gentle parent” but not in a permissive way. Children’s ability to self regulate and be independent are very important to me.
