Hi! My name is Payton Molitor, and I’m currently working as a Special Education Instructional Aide at an elementary school, where I assist students with diverse learning needs. Prior to this, I worked one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum since 2021. I’ve also been babysitting children of all ages since I was 14 years old. I’m passionate about creating a nurturing, fun, and supportive environment. While I am not CPR and First Aid certified at the moment, I’d be happy to pursue certification if needed. I’m always ready with creative activities to keep kids engaged and happy. I’m looking for a summer gig and would love to offer my caregiving and educational support to a loving family. I look forward to helping your kids have a memorable and safe summer!
