I’m 19 years old with years of hands-on babysitting experience, primarily gained from caring for my sibling’s children, their friends’ kids, and extended family. My older sister, who has a young daughter, often trusted me with responsibilities like cooking meals, assisting with bathing, potty training, helping with homework, getting kids ready for school, and preparing them for bed. While much of my experience has been unpaid, done as favors for family and friends, I’ve also been trusted by non-relatives who appreciated my ability to create a safe, nurturing, and fun environment for their children. I genuinely enjoy supporting kids’ routines and keeping them engaged with creative and age-appropriate activities. Babysitting has taught me the value of patience, responsibility, and care, and I’m excited to bring these qualities to new families.
