I enjoy connecting with children of various ages and populations. I approach my life and work utilizing warmth, empathy, and compassion. I hold experience in baby sitting in a previous role as a private sitter caring for two children, ages 6 and 10. This role included assisting with children's emotional and physical development through the application of age-appropriate activities, picking up children from school and providing activities and support with homework assignments, in addition to serving as a support for the children in guiding them through social and familial conflicts. I also provided transportation to the children's needed medical appointments and pro social activities. I currently hold my associate license in the state of Connecticut as a marriage and family therapist. I am CPR and first aid certified. I have experience with providing therapeutic treatment services in homes, community based settings, and outpatient settings to children and families.
