I love taking care of kids because they are full of energy and wonder. They often remind me of how to be a little more human and have a little more fun. They contain so much wisdom without even knowing it, being compassionate and unapologetically themselves. My experience began when I was young, as the eldest of 4 kids, I have always maintained a leadership role. I babysat for neighbors growing up, and as I reached adulthood I would babysit for my mothers friends to make extra money. Recently, I became certified in CPR, First Aid, and AED by the American Heart Association as I began working for a non-profit called Beyond School- working with 3rd graders to better their social, emotional, and educational wellbeing.
