I am a recent graduate with a degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and a strong passion for working with children. I have several years of hands-on experience in child-focused roles, including serving as an assistant dance teacher for pre-K and kindergarten students, and working at the YMCA as a head camp counselor for both kindergarten and first grade. Outside of camp season, I cared for children aged 6 weeks to 7 years in the YMCA’s child-care center. These roles have provided me with valuable insight into early childhood development and strengthened my ability to create safe, nurturing, and engaging environments. I’m experienced in coming up with fun, creative games and activities on the spot, helping children stay active, entertained, and learning. I am CPR and First Aid certified, highly patient, and always eager to support families however I can. I have my own car for any transportation needs. I Read more truly enjoy helping children learn, grow, and thrive. I am available all summer, however, in August, I will be heading back to school to start the Master's program!
