Monica was a godsend. As a first time mom I was extremely nervous about leaving my daughter and going back to work but Monica quickly gained my trust. She was very patient and reassured me with lots of pictures and communication that my daughter was not only safe but also happy while she was in her care. Monica loved reading books and often went to the library on her own time to ensure there was always new books to read! She taught her how to sign and sang to her all the time (beautiful voice). Monica follows instructions exactly and asks questions if she is not sure about something. She always has a great attitude and is punctual. I always knew I could rely on her. Monica cared for my daughter for one year and unfortunately It’s time to transition into daycare but I will be keeping her as a babysitter because she has such a special bond with my daughter. Thank you Monica!

Monica was looking after my 2 year old full time for 9 months and it was a great experience. She was always on time and took great care of my little one. They went on walks every day, read books, played and followed the nap schedule. Monica has shown great care for my child and sent regular communication on how they were doing during the day. I would highly recommend her for a full time nanny, my son was very comfortable with Monica after the first week.

Monica is awesome! She’s kind, fun, and has a very calming energy. Our 4-month-old, especially, took to Monica right away. Her experience with kids shines. On the parent side, she’s easy to communicate with, on-time, and pleasant. We book her for occasional babysitting jobs, but I could, I’d love to have her working full time!
