My name is Abby and I am a 21 year old Global Political Science student with a minor in Criminal Justice. I love the joy that comes with being a sitter, and being able to celebrate milestones with families! I enjoy going on walks, playing sports, doing activities, and generally staying active! I grew up watching my little sister who is five years younger than me. From my sophomore year of highschool until my freshman year of college I watched a 2 year old boy. I took him to and from montessori, prepped meals, took him on activities, helped with potty breaks, got him dressed and ready, and helped achieve developmental milestones through reading and learning new things! I am CPR certified, and am planning on getting my first aid certification. My senior year of highschool I had a teaching assistant internship at my childhood elementary school for second graders. Read more In college, I have taken many human development classes for young children. My Sophomore year summer I nannied a 3 year old boy and 8 year old girl. I took them to sports practices, cooked meals, helped potty train, went on planned activities, got the, ready in the morning and put them to sleep, and went on daily walks! Last summer I nannied for a 9 year old boy and a 14 year old girl. We went on ferry rides to Whidbey Island, played sports and board games, I took them to sports games and practices, and got them ready in the mornings. I prepped breakfast, lunch, and sometimes dinner. I look forward to meeting your families! :)
