Hello 😊 My name is Michelle and I am a 28 year old HR professional living and working in Richmond. I am from Ireland and moved to the US in 2021. I have a masters in human resource management and work in HR for a Public Accounting firm here in Richmond. I moved to Richmond in the summer after my boyfriend who is in the military got stationed here in VA. Before moving to VA, I lived in San Diego for just under 2 years. During my time there, I regularly babysat babies and children of all ages. When I first moved to San Diego, I cared for two baby boys full time and I am still in touch with the families. Whilst I thoroughly enjoyed my time with the boys, I found FT employment in HR, so I went on to babysit for families on a PT basis. I Read more am very flexible and available most evenings and weekends to do date nights or occasional weekends. I have an array of experience caring for babies/children and I have a several 5 star reviews from some of the families in San Diego that I worked for. I have minded babies from as young as 6 months right up to the ages of 11. I have also cared for an autistic boy when I lived in Ireland (can also provide a reference from his mother). I have always held down a babysitting job on the side since I was a teenager. I love children and thoroughly enjoy caring for them.
