Hello! I got married a year ago and resigned from my job in Minneapolis to sell my home and move, then COVID happened. I have been caring for a toddler part time who will now be home with her mom. That family would be a great reference for my connection with children and my fun, creative and educational style of play. I love children and watching their wheels turn when I spark their imaginations! I taught both of my children to read fluently before they started kindergarten. I also taught them their first year of piano. I grew up on a farm with eight siblings. Being the oldest girl, I started caring for my younger siblings at a very young age. My career as a court reporter and paralegal has honed my attention to detail and introduced me to a broad range of subjects. I have a curiosity that causes me to dig in and learn new things, and I think assisting with virtual learning and tutoring is a perfect fit for me. Finally, I enjoy physical fitness, paddleboarding, biking, snowshoeing, photography, several music styles, sewing, knitting, crocheting, baking, gardening and my dog!
