Hello! I’m a private childcare provider with over 20 years experience. I’ve worked with children of all ages from new born to teenager, have experience with large families (5+ children), multiples, families with pets, and children with extreme food allergies. I have been Red Cross first aid and CPR certified in the past and would be happy to renew these qualifications for my new position. I enjoy cooking and creating nutritious and fun snacks and meals, reading, playing indoors and out, board games, legos, make believe, stroller walks to the park, digging for worms, helping with homework - basically everything and anything you can think of (I’ve probably done it and had a blast while doing it). I am extremely patient and can easily adapt to stressful situations. I’ve been told I have a calming presence and a “soft touch” - able to turn cleanup time into a fun game. Read more I really enjoy building connections with children, and using any free time to help with meal prep, laundry, dishes chores etc. It’s my job to make your life easier while also making your child’s day brighter. I find childcare extremely rewarding and am looking forward to becoming a part of your team.
