Karla E.

We loved Karla the first time and had her back a second time. We can’t say enough about how great she is. She came in a heartbeat again (not our intent!), and came all the way to us for just a few hours (we are in the city). She sat through so much traffic to get to us yet still showed up with a smile and the same, warm, loving energy! We asked her to stay an extra hour and she so kindly did. She’s awesome. We really enjoy having her and so does our son which is great. (She also took it upon herself to do the dishes. I was surprised and so grateful!) Can’t recommend Karla enough. :)

Karla is amazing! She was able to come on short notice and was so understanding of our situation. Very responsive and professional. Her warm, caring, gentle, nurturing, and kind nature were evident in her messages. When she arrived she displayed all of those qualities and more. Karla had a smile and knew just how to engage with my son and approach him too. She was patient with him to warm up to her and in what felt like a blink of an eye, she quickly won his trust. Karla was playful, actively engaged with him, incorporated educational bits, and even taught him her name! :) And that is just what I witnessed while working from home in another room. I have no doubt she did more too.

Karla is a very loving and reliable nanny. My daughter didn't even want to go her home. Everything was great for us!
