Ivonne has been an invaluable part of our family, and it was with great sadness that we had to part ways due to our relocation to a different city. Ivonne is a knowledgeable, experienced, and compassionate caregiver who has truly gone above and beyond in her role! Her expertise in child care is evident in her ability to establish nap time routines, introduce new foods, manage allergies, and foster the development of gross and fine motor skills. One of the most remarkable aspects of Ivonne's care has been her handling of my daughter's severe allergies and extreme eczema. She paid close attention to my daughter's skin, applied daily creams, and ensured her comfort. Ivonne's nurturing and attentive demeanor provided immense relief and support during this challenging time. Ivonne also managed our household with grace and professionalism at all times, even with the presence of grandparents in the home. She was always punctual and maintained a cheerful and engaging environment for our children throughout the day. Ivonne’s nurturing, caring, and loving nature has left a lasting impact on our family. She has become an integral part of our lives, and we are deeply grateful for her dedication and hard work. We all miss her, and she'll always have such a special place in our hearts and in our daughter's life. Ivonne was our nanny for 3+ years. We were relocated to Charlotte, NC at the end of September 2018, and despite our best efforts to try to get Ivonne to move with us, she needed to stay in the Bay Area near her family. That being said, leaving Ivonne was by far the hardest part of our decision to move. She became a part of our family and someone that we all adored. Ivonne began working with us when our oldest son was 5 months old. She was an immediate calming force in our household — I was a first time mom with no idea what I was doing. She was able to get him into a sleep schedule immediately - prior to her arrival he was not napping for longer than 30 minutes in anything other than his stroller or swing. Within her first week, she successfully transitioned him to napping in his crib. I knew our son was in loving, caring, and capable hands. Ivonne also made all of his baby food from scratch using organic ingredients. She ensured that he was exposed to many different types of foods and textures expanding his palate at an early age. Ivonne always came to me with ideas and suggestions regarding activities/solutions to behavioral problems/ etc. She was my trusted teammate in raising our son and without her collaboration, he would not nearly be the well-rounded and well adjusted little boy that he has grown into. Ivonne ensured that our son socialized with kids his age and even helped to foster lasting friendships with children who lived near us. With our permission, she took him on playdates at parks and at other children's houses, which we felt were very important for his development and social skills. Ivonne also was instrumental in getting our eldest potty trained. She worked with him during the days, and he was accident free within 2 weeks of starting the process. She constructed his week to ensure he was stimulated, learning, and growing across the board -- this included going to the library, Children's museum, and multiple parks in our area. She came to us with ideas on what he might be interested and options that were cost effective or free for him to participate in. Upon the arrival of our second son, Ivonne was a critical force in helping transition our eldest into big brotherhood. He had no behavioral issues or regressions as a result. Ivonne ensured that he felt normalcy as our lives changed drastically. Ivonne is an exceptional nanny who goes above and beyond the call of duty. She will forever be a part of ours and our children's lives. We miss her everyday but know that she will bring joy to any family she works with.

Ivonne proved be a dedicated nanny from the very beginning and cared for our daughter as part of her own family. She built a strong connection with our daughter and it showed as our daughter will always light up when she arrived every morning. She helped to introduce solids to our daughter and guided us in determining when and how we should prepare certain foods, how to deal with allergies, and quickly established mealtime routines. She also kept our daughter engaged in developmental activities and was extremely patient to ensure success.
