As a graduate student with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a retired student-athlete, I have developed a strong work ethic, discipline, and a natural ability to connect with others, especially children. I genuinely love working with children because I find joy in helping them learn, grow, and discover the world around them. There’s something incredibly rewarding about being part of their developmental journey and seeing the world through their eyes. Throughout my time as a student-athlete, I had the privilege of mentoring both elementary and middle school students. This experience allowed me to guide younger students, helping them navigate both academic challenges and social dynamics. Whether it was offering advice on balancing schoolwork with extracurricular activities or simply being a supportive role model, I cherished the opportunity to make a positive impact on their lives.
