I always find it easy for me to grow a quick relationship with the children I watch. We grow a very tight bond, and even though I enjoy spending most my time with infant/toddlers/children, I under stand that they have bed times, and nap times. I under stand the importance of caring for a child in a necessary way. Like how they get feed at a certain time, bathed around a certain time, and they must get ready and be in bed at a specific time. Although I don't personally have any children or younger siblings, I have always made my way to watching infants in middle school. I watched my cousins baby grow up. She was born pre-mature when I was actually 13. When they released her from the hospital, I would watch her as much as I could because I have always had a really good connection with Read more baby girls, they aren't as shy to me, and enjoy my presence. I have worked with little boys in the past, and they only tend to be shy at first but they do open up after the second time I watch them. So I started watching babies at 14 but that was mainly keeping them company, but my family showed me how to change diapers, and i learned to bottle feed. At 16, my brother's best-friend had a baby, that was often at my house, and I would watch her the most. I would take her outside, or we would make faces together, I feed her often, and I would personally change her diapers when ever I smelt something. I watched her grow up too, I would take her on nightly walks to watch the sun-set while she was in her stroller. And at 17, my friend had two children at her house 3 days a week, she had a 2 year old, and a 10 month old, and I was very active on watching them as well. I would change diapers multiple times a day, and feed them from the bottle, to their baby food. I'd also walk them to a park and put them down for a nap afterwards. My cousin's baby and I had a very strong bond, because I would take her to parks, and water parks which she enjoyed, and still ask me to take her every time I see her. When I was 18/19, a coworker of mine had a baby, and I would often drive out to McMinnville and watch the child with them. Again, I would keep him occupied and put him to sleep. One time I actually drove the baby (and the father) to Salem from McMinnvile, and back. Now that I am 20, I am looking for a job that would be a perfect fit for me, because I feel like I am not doing what I want. I am willing to be overnight, and/or day working babysitter. I currently have flexible hours. Contact me
